    There is nothing
    to buy yet.

The token has not launched. When it does, $VOYD is the only thing there is to buy. Below is what the daily screen returns and what the tax is built to buy. What it buys is pushed to the wallets holding $VOYD, and this page says how further down.
    The stock and its stories

    A company, and everything
    people made up about it.

NVDA tracks what the company is worth. The tokens launched against it are the folklore that company produced. When it launches, $VOYD is quoted in NVDA rather than ETH, and one percent of every trade is taken by a tax fixed in the launch transaction. That one percent is what buys the folklore, and season one buys from NVDA only. Nothing has traded yet.

Three tickers are screened every day. Season one buys from NVDA only. This is not a queue and not a schedule. It is what the screen returned this morning.

Season one Which names clear, which are waiting, and the thirty seventy split the buying is built to reach.
    Weighting

    Thirty the company,
    seventy the folklore.

The tax arrives in NVDA and about seventy percent of it goes out again to buy the memes that clear the screen. The rest stays in NVDA. When little clears, more stays, so the split is what the screen produces rather than a number we hold to.
    The token

    What $VOYD is for.

Most tokens are a claim on something, or on nothing at all. This one is a tax that buys assets. That is the whole of it, and none of it is running yet.
One percent of every tradeThe rate is written into the launch transaction. It cannot be raised, lowered or removed afterwards, by us or by anyone. It is the same on the way in and on the way out, and it is not split with the venue. The pool charges its own fee on top of that, and the venue pays a share of it to whoever launched the token, which is a second and separate stream.
It buys the folkloreThe tax is collected in NVDA, the stock token this token trades against. What it buys is what clears the screen: the memes launched against NVDA that survive the conditions. The screen tracks three stocks and season one buys from NVDA only.
It is pushed to holders, not claimedEvery seven days one meme that cleared the screen is sent to the wallets holding $VOYD, split by how much each wallet holds, to every wallet over a minimum. There is nothing to claim and no deadline to miss.

What it cannot do is take a cut of anyone else's trades. A pool charges its fee in its own currencies, and the hooks on those pools belong to the launchpad. Any project claiming otherwise is describing something the chain does not let it do.

    What gets in

    A meme has to survive
    before it counts.

Not everything launched against a stock belongs beside it. Most of it is gone inside a week. These are the conditions a token has to hold before the tax is allowed to buy it.
    ConditionThresholdWhy

Market cap is never one of these conditions. In a pool this thin it is the easiest number in the market to move.

    Security

    What the code cannot do.

These are properties of the one contract this needs, the one that sends what was bought to holders. It is written and not deployed, so every line below is a claim you can only check by reading the code.
    /No withdrawal

There is no function that moves a token anywhere except to an address on a list that was fixed before the payout.

    /No destination to choose

Recipients come from that list. There is no address argument, so a wrong list cannot be repaired by pointing somewhere else.

    /The list is fixed first

It is committed a day before it can pay, and it is computed from public transfer history by a script published with it. Anyone can produce the same list.

    /Anyone can send it

The payout call is open. A committed round does not wait on us pressing anything.

/No proxy, no upgrade, no pause

What gets deployed is what stays deployed, and the operator address cannot be changed.

    /A rate nobody can move

The trade tax is written into the launch transaction. No function exists to raise it, lower it, or switch it off.

    /No dangerous primitives

Zero uses of delegatecall, selfdestruct, assembly, or tx.origin.

    !Audited before it ships

It is written and read, and neither is a test or an audit. An independent firm looks at it before it is deployed, and the list it pays against is ours to compute, which is why the script that builds it is published with it.

    The plan

    In order.
    Without dates.

The order of operations, each step unlocked by the one before it. No dates, no targets, and none are coming. If the order changes, this page changes with it.

Which stock season two is built on is not chosen. It goes through the same screen that picked this one, on the same conditions, and the memes around it go through the conditions on the tracked list. Nothing is picked because somebody liked it. A season opens when the screen says there is something to open it with, and not before.
