What VOYD is.
Two things on Robinhood Chain. $VOYD, a token that carries no claim on anything, and FOLK01, a basket that holds a tokenized stock together with the memes launched against it. The token pays for the work. The basket is the work.
- $VOYD has not launched. There is nothing to buy.
- The basket is not open and holds nothing.
- Both contracts are written, public, and unaudited.
- Names and symbols can be copied. Always check the token address.
Overview
NVDA is what the company is worth. The tokens launched against it are the folklore that company produced. Robinhood Chain is the first place both sit on the same chain, so for the first time one ticker can hold both. That ticker is the basket, and $VOYD is the token that exists to pay for it.
Nothing on this site takes an order, holds a balance, or accepts a deposit. Every trade, once there is anything to trade, is a transaction your own wallet asks you to approve.
The token
$VOYD has no claim on any asset, no revenue share, no dividend, and no yield, and there is not going to be one. Backed by zilch. Paired with a real ticker.
When it launches it trades against NVDA, the tokenized NVIDIA share issued on Robinhood Chain, and the pair is permanent because launch liquidity locks. The pool takes a fee on every trade and the launchpad passes most of it to whoever launched the token. That fee is this project's only income, and the security audit is what it is for.
A second contract, VoydBond, is written and not deployed. Once a basket runs, a project that wants its token considered locks $VOYD against it. Slashing burns to the dead address and pays nobody, so nobody profits from a project failing.
The basket
FOLK01 is one ticker holding one tokenized stock and the memes that survived the conditions below. It is not open.
It works in two places with two jobs. The pool is where FOLK01 trades and where its price is set, one swap to buy and one to sell, like any token. The vault is where the contents sit locked. Every FOLK01 is a standing claim on its slice of the vault, redeemable at any time: deposit the parts and it mints one more, hand one back and it pays the parts out.
The pool sets the price. The vault keeps it honest. A price above the contents lets anyone buy the parts, mint, and sell into the gap. A price below lets anyone buy, redeem, and keep the difference. At small scale those gaps can sit uncorrected for a while. We say that rather than promise a peg.
Why hold one token instead of the parts: one chart. Separate holdings are a portfolio with nothing to point at. That is the only claim made for it, and everything else the basket does you can do yourself in your own wallet.
The vault charges nothing. No deposit fee, no redemption fee, no management fee. It opens only if the audit gets funded and there is money left to seed it, and it can open and still hold nothing. This page says whichever is true.
What gets in
A meme qualifies on survival, not on size. The conditions cover graduation from its launchpad, pool depth, daily volume, age, sell pressure, whether the hook on its pool could block a swap, and whether its ticker collides with a real stock. Market cap is never one of them. In a thin pool it is the easiest number in the market to move.
Current thresholds, every candidate, and the reason anything failed are on the tracked page, measured daily.
The contracts
| VoydBasket | 215 lines. Holds the basket and issues the share token. No swap inside, no proxy, no upgrade path, no pause, and no function that sells. Redemption hands back the underlying tokens, including any that died. |
| VoydBond | 166 lines. One bond per token. Slashing burns, is announced with a reason that stays in the event log, waits out a delay in public, and can be cancelled. An unannounced instant burn does not exist. |
Both are public with their tests and static analysis reports at github.com/voyd-stack/voyd-contracts. Neither is audited. The fuzzing is arithmetic and does not see what an audit sees.
Risks
- Digital assets are volatile and you can lose everything.
- Nothing here is backed, collateralised, or reserved against.
- The pools behind everything on this page are thin.
- The code is unaudited until the audit is funded, and the audit is not funded.
- The basket can fail to open, or open and hold nothing.
- A meme in a basket can go to zero and stay there. Retiring it does not sell it.
